BEET Goodness offers nationwide delivery within South Africa. Our goal is to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and with full transparency throughout the delivery process. By placing an order with BEET Goodness, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice. The final applicable shipping fee will always be displayed at checkout.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

- Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (South Africa Standard Time, GMT+02:00)
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 business day (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: Typically 2 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Services

BEET Goodness uses trusted national courier partners, including The Courier Guy, to deliver parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

4. Delivery Areas & Exceptions

We deliver to most locations within South Africa. However, delivery may not be available to certain remote areas or locations deemed a security risk by the courier. In such cases, affected orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.

5. Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@beetgoodness.co.za.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled any time prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and returns will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery Timeframes

- Major City Centres: Estimated 2 – 5 business days
- Outlying & Regional Areas: Estimated 5 – 7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or high-volume periods.

8. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend rejecting the delivery where possible and contacting our support team immediately. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please notify us as soon as possible with supporting photos.

9. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. BEET Goodness cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by customers or for losses occurring after confirmed delivery.

10. Combined Shipments

Multiple orders placed for the same delivery address may be combined into a single shipment to ensure efficient processing and delivery.

11. International Orders

BEET Goodness primarily services South Africa. Any international shipping arrangements, where applicable, may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import regulations, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
