Refund policy


By placing an order with BEET Goodness, you agree to the terms outlined below. These guidelines help us maintain product safety, fairness, and a smooth experience for every customer. This policy applies to all orders delivered within South Africa.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and sealed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)

Because our products are health and supplement items, opened products cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or unsealed products
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items returned without prior approval
- Free gifts or promotional items

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team at: info@beetgoodness.co.za

Kindly include:

- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Supporting photos where applicable

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide simple step-by-step instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.

If you receive:

- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos, so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Where validated, BEET Goodness will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns (It Happens ๐Ÿ˜Š)

We completely understand that plans can change.

Approved change-of-mind returns may be accepted only if the product is unopened and sealed.

In such cases:

- A R20 processing fee will apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
-ย Return & re-shipping fees are the customerโ€™s responsibility

6. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are:

- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied

7. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to valid damaged or defective returns, and a restocking fee of R5.00 is charged on change of mind requests.

8. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Where this is not possible, refunds may be processed via bank transfer

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Shipping & Delivery Matters

BEET Goodness is not responsible for:

- Incorrect delivery details provided by customers
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If a parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
